Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GAD MODE and related Batangas State University Gender and Development digital services (including surveys and forms), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Data Privacy Agreement below. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the System.
The checkbox “I agree to the terms and conditions” on university surveys refers to this same Data Privacy Agreement and the conditions for submitting personal information through official BatStateU GAD channels.

Batangas State University - The National Engineering University is committed to protecting your personal data privacy in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA).
We detail the manner in which we process your personal data and provide a separate privacy notice in an appropriate format and manner whenever we collect personal data through other channels (e.g., through this Survey System or during events where participants' personal data is collected through registration forms according to Batangas State University's mandate).
In all instances, we assure you that the processing of your personal data will strictly adhere to the provisions of the DPA, following the general data privacy principles of Transparency, Legitimate Purpose, and Proportionality.
Batangas State University Survey System Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice pertains to the Batangas State University's Survey System, which enables us to collect and process your personal information through digital forms.

We collect the following personal data from you when you manually or electronically submit your responses:

- Age
- Sex
- Contact Number
- Campus
- Rank (for faculty/employees)
- Year Level (for students)

This digital platform is used by respondents to submit survey responses and feedback to Batangas State University.
